Module Kernel::Modules::NewEmployeeTicket not registered in Kernel/Config.pm!

I am getting above error when I created a new tab in the tickets are of the dashboard.

Updating Existing OTRS 3.0.10 infrastructure

I have OTRS 3.0.10 installed with MYSQL 5.0.77, Apache 2.2.3. I would like to install ITSM and Asset managemnt infrastructure on the existing framework. What are the recommended versions for ITSM and Asset Managment? And where can I find howto to do it.
