Yes we have one notification event. Which replies to the customer who created the ticket.....nothing that should indicate sending a notification twice to the agent.

Two notifications per Ticket?

For some reason we are receiving two notifications for each ticket that is made. What would cause this to change? It worked fine a few days ago.
