rpm -ivh --force otrs-3.1.11-01.noarch.rpm fixed the problem

why I dont know but now i can fetch manualy all email account, reply to any ticket and in the package manager I have the miror sites

and i also dont have the Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml error message again

So maybe ...

This problem happen sudently, otrs work fine for month then sudently I receive the Can't connect to: http://otrs.org/product.xml error message

then in the packet manager the depot is empty

and if you try to respond to a ticket you receive the error ...

I updated perl-JSON and restarted http server

I dont have error in the log file anymore , but the ajax error persist

and only if I click on a ticket all the rest work

Hi I just inatalled OTRS 3.1.7 on CentOS release 5.8 (Final)
I used rpm -ivh otrs-3.1.7-01.noarch.rpm

Everything went fine, the problem is when I click on a ticket i t open the page then a few second a popup open and say Error during AJAX Communication

I checked the HTTP log file and it saids ...
