We want to delete the ticket in otrs ticketing closed tickets. Other thing is how to take the data backup in OTRS. please give the solution. 3

DNS Problem

If a new ticket is created, an Error Message "DNS Problem - Please check System Log" is popped up.
I have checked my system log folder, and reentering the correct DNS, the same error pops up.
Help us to get the OTRS system (version 3.0.11) up and running.
