Ho utilizzato otrs per circa 5 mesi senza alcun problema. Improvissamente non vengono più scaricate le email automaticamente e devo scaricarle manualmente cliccando su scarica email in postmaster mail account. Spero riusciate a rispondermi in fretta perchè gestiamo con otrs il customercare di 8 siti...
