I found the configuration, under "user" panel.
The issue of renamed user association still remain.
I suggest to link the userID in the table, instead to copy the username.

Hello, i created several services in backend panel to let my customers have more choose. Unfortunately, when they are creating a new ticket in frontend page, they can't see all services, since they are missing.
