Hello Roy,

thank you so much. i found $Self->{Debug} = 1000; and restored to $Self->{Debug} = $Param{Debug} || 0;

I guess this will fix it.

Update.

I found the configuration, under "user" panel.

The issue of renamed user association still remain.
I suggest to link the userID in the table, instead to copy the username.

Unfortunately, when they are creating a new ticket in frontend page, they can't see all services, since they are missing.
