Hi, i was wondering if it is possible to retrieve the list of services configured in OTRS using web services. I need to show a dropdown in other interface (of an entirely separated system) with the list of services existing in OTRS.

It seems that the first activity dialog needs to be set for both Agents and Customers to work.

Si, tal cual, hice lo mismo y el grep encontro lo q buscaba solo dentro de unos binarios.

Tine que haber una forma de levantar opciones desde una base de datos, tengo entendido que es una funcionalidad que viene en la última version.

Administracion: Configuración del sistema -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewZoom
y ahi podes agregar el campo que quieras.

Yo también estoy buscando donde se guardan estos valores.
Necesito rellenar el combo con datos de una base externa.
