OTRS is developed in Perl, so it is run through the Perl parser. Hi there, I wish to color the state into the ticket overview (the state only is enough).
How can I do this?
Add a new CSS and then edit AgentTicketOverviewSmall.dtl with some js?
Example:

Hi there. I'm trying to customize the grid when you create a new request via phone or mail. When you click on "customer" for selecting the customer.

Hi i have a few questions (since it seems I could not find the howtos):
1) Is it possible to add new type of notes, other than "Internal" and "External" Notes, and color them?
2) Is it possible to color the states? (Closed, Open, etc...)
