Ciao a tutti, vorrei modificare la schermata dove aggiungi un nuovo utente (customer), aggiungendo diversi campi tra cui un textarea per aggiugere vari commenti, un campo data (con inserimento di un calendario) ma modificando il file : Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm nella sezione : Map => [ # note: Login...

Hi all, when add a new customer I would like to add a textarea (i.e. Comment) . I see "http://doc.otrs.org/3.1/en/html/custome ... omer-table" but the new fileds are only "input text"or "dropdown".
