1. The field "Review required" when replaying to a ticket.

You should be able to restrict the banner notifications to certain Groups. I have done something similar with other notifications, but making only Admins have access to see them. To hide them completely you could create a new Role, Group, and make that the only Group that has permission to see them...

Hi

Check the configuration of the System Log in SysConf. If it is set to error and you don’t have errors then the log is going to be empty. Maybe you want to switch to debug mode and have more control of your system activity.

Did you run otrs.RebuildTicketIndex.pl?
This can be done in the background to calculate the ticket numbers for the queue view screens.
Please read carefully the upgrade process and you will be fine.
