(SOLVED) Notification email (v5)

I'm having trouble with the email notifications or even sending out email for v5. All the temples are set up and I have even made new ones. The system is retrieving mail fine just not sending. Any help would be great. I was running v4 with no issues.

Have all the customers from one company emailed when a ticket is created from the customer web interface. If so could someone explain it to me?

Thanks in advance
Robert.
