Have you looked at Notifications? If "another service provider" accepts auto-generated e-mail then it could work for you.

Yep, it seems so.
There was some zombies that didn't died after stop and i didn't checked it second time.
I've killed them, ressurected daemon - now it's working as it should

Why you didn't resize customer table and integration with ldap?
You could add for example: user_dept, then add it to mapping field from ldap - last add it to screens.

I'm sorry for the lack of response. Too much work. I think you'd added not your dynamic field. For example - if your dynamic filed name is: MyTestField, then in Dashboard configuration you should add line like: DynamicField_MyTestField. If you added MyTestField - then it's not existing in the ticket...
