Re: All attachments showing as last uploaded file after upgrade.
This is a bug, just tried it with a fresh default install. IIS7.5 MSSQL 2008 R2. ActiveState perl 5.14. Same results. To duplicate just run install create ticket. Attach file1, then attach file2. Submit, try to access file1 and you will get the content of file2. Doesn't matter if it's inline to atta...

Re: All attachments showing as last uploaded file after upgrade.
Went throught he upgrade procedure again today. And expiriencing the same issues. This occurs when adding a ticket via the agent interface as well. If there's only 1 attachment it appears to work fine. If there's multiple it always brings up the last attachment in the list.

The upgrade seems to have worked fine otherwise. This is on MSSQL 2008 R2 and IIS.

All attachments showing as last uploaded file after upgrade.
When submitting and e-mail attachment, all links fromt he agent screen link to the last file attached. e.g. If I send an e-mail with file1.txt, file2.txt, file3.txt. The links for all 3 of those files will link to file3.txt. When looking at the database the article_attachment table does appear to ha...

Re: IIS7 SQL 2008 R2 Upgrade fails 3.2.9->3.3.3
Did a fresh install, and am encountering the same issue on a brand new site. Has anyone gotten 3.3.x to install correctly on IIS7 and MS SQL? CheckModules returns all good, as does CheckDB. Log's simply show authentication ok, then return to the login screen with no error shown. [Notice][Kernel::Sys...

Re: IIS7 SQL 2008 R2 Upgrade fails 3.2.9->3.3.3
Appears to be an issue with OTRS setting the session cookie. If session key is added to browser manually using firebug it functions as normal. Session information is added to the db. Anyone know what would cause this?

IIS7 SQL 2008 R2 Upgrade fails 3.2.9->3.3.3
Currently I'm using OTRS ITSM 3.2.9 and am trying to upgrade to 3.3.3. The .sql file listed in upgrading.md fails to execute completely. Msg 2627, Level 14, State 1, Line 7 Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'ticket_history_type_name'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ticket_history_type'....
