We have faced this today, we migrated from 2.4 going step by step until 3.3.7. It seems like when the conversion of FreeText t Dynamic Fields ocurred, all the Labels that contained special characters like "?" those could not be applied and then Dynamic Field was created with a blank label....

Actually we stared reviweing the code, but we havent't been able to fix it. Hope realease comes out soon.
