CMDB $(...).tabs is not a function
Hi, I just installed OTRS 3.3.5 with KIXCore 3.0.0 KIX4OTRS 6.0.2 and I got a weird bug when zooming on a ConfigItem in our CMDB. $(...).tabs is not a function when in Firefox AND Object [object Object] has no method 'tabs' in other browsers. I'll give it a try thanks! Any info as when KIX will be available for OTRS 3.2? Cause we're actually working with 3.2 and doing a downgrade could give some headache.

Ok, anyone tried to simply create a new ConfigItem type called "Customer" and simply bypass the OTRS Customer section? Like that we'd be able to link customers to config items, link ticket to customers, link ticket to config items, etc. So anyone tried it that way?

As-tu regardé au niveau des ports MySQL et ton firewall ou antivirus sur le serveur?
Un autre test serait possiblement de donner tous les droits à l'utilisateur applicatif que tu as créé pour OTRS et voir si cela règle ton problème.

Ok I'll jump into it :P I'm working with OTRS ITSM 3.2.2. My first step is to actually add the option to link the CI to a CustomerUser. I edited 2 files so far with no results on screen: \Kernel\Config\Files\ITSMCore.xml Added at line 149 <ConfigItem Name="LinkObject::PossibleLink###3205" ...

I think what youre looking for is here: http://www.otrs.com/en/software/otrs-it ... e-add-ons/ but if im right, I think you need to pay to get it. Check for the feature called "Escalation Suspend".

Hi, I've searched over the forums about it and havent been able to find the right solution for us. We've been able to add a customer type field in our Config Item class and its working properly. But now, we would like to show that relationship into the "Customer Information Center" screen....
