In der Mailq beim Postfix ist jedenfalls nichts mehr; und ich schätze, dass der Postfix die Inhalte der nicht ausgelieferten Mails auch nicht speichert.
Ansonsten muss ich den Kollegen sagen, dass die Mails aus dem Zeitraum erneut geschickt werden müssen?

Hallo zusammen,
nach einer Firewall-Fehlkonfiguration wurden einige Mails in unserem OTRS nicht versandt. Die Mails sind ausschließlich antworten von unseren Agenten an externe Kunden und wurden im OTRS selbst gespeichert, nur hat der Postfix auf der Firewall die Mails nicht geforwardet.

you're right it's probably not possible. I successfully created an SQL quer from which i thought i was able to collect the important data, but quite honestly I didn't know how to insert the rows into sendmail or another mail program.
