I went from from running OTRS on Windows 7 x64 (6gb mem) to OpenSUSE 11 and Ubuntu (2gb mem)... Performance increase was amazing! I'd never go ...

Actually, the scheduler is working now. The OTRS Log isnt displaying any more errors. Just user account login info.

AND I made sure the cron service was running.

Not sure where else to look.

I recently did a clean install of OTRS 3.3.3 on Ubuntu Server 13.10. Everything installed as normal however when it comes to fetching email, polling does not work.

I verified polling was setup every 2 minutes...

shell> vi /op/otrs/var/cron/postmaster_mailbox
# fetch emails every 10 minutes ...
