Hello. I wasn't here for a while as my OTRS CE 6.x works fine for couple of years. But now the situation was changed as OTRS CE is EOL (even if my OTRS still works fine ;) ) I have only one question - do I have to change something (I mean update some things) to use Znuny instead OTRS CE ? Hello. I have a situation here because I can't deal with statistic module. My boss ask me for report by agent but maybe I'm stupid but I can't do this. I know that I have to enable "Stats::UseAgentElementInStats" and I did it but still... I will be very grateful for any manual or something...

but still - do I have to change something if I want to define a work unit as 1 = 1 hour ?
because even If I write something as work unit in my ticket then in statistics I still have nothing

Hello. I'm fresh 'admin' of OTRS potral and thanks for your understanding. I have a question about statistics module. There are few implemented statistics but I can't generate anything.
