upgrade error from 3.3.4 to 4.0.9
Hi, today i've tried to upgrade OTRS with ITSM from 3.3.4 to 4.0.9 on Production server based on Centos 6.6. I followed the official guide from otrs to make perform this but when doing when doing ITSM and Free feature upgrade, i facing the error below. FAQ:: Notice: Removed file: /opt/otrs/bin/otrs....

hi all,
is that any command can let me add admin user on otrs 3.3.4 ? currently i doing some testing on migrating only db to new fresh installation but after transfer to the new installation my root account cannot be use again.
your help is much appreciated.

i currently facing the problem when my user want to view the ticket on customer portal and click the ticket it become automatically download.
