Hi,

Unfortunately the upgrade was done 2 weeks and we have a backup of the DB. However we would lose 2 weeks of ticket data.

Is there any other alternative to resolve this?

The Issue got resolved. Apparently, there were 2 variables which was no longer supported.

#query_cache_limit = 1M
#query_cache_size = 16M

After i commented these 2 variables and restarted Mysql, it worked.

Also when i click on Package Manager, it takes a couple of mins to open. I guess, it is trying to search for ftp.otrs.org.

We are using OTRS 6.0.26

If an Email is sent to OTRS with multiple recipients, when the agent sees the ticket/Email, he sees only his id.

I wanted to check if it is possible to see all the recipients? I guess it is a design of the ticketing system.
