Auto assigning agents to new tickets
I need to auto-assign tickets to available agents in a round-robin fashion (or any other method). There seems to be a module / add-on available in CPAN :: Kernel-Modules-TicketAutoAssignment. Has anyone used this? If I implement this, would there be issues during upgrading the OTRS version? My OTRS ...
