I need a select query which will highlight articles, tickets and also these tickets within ticket_history older than 2 years. For the ticket_history, the history for tickets which haven’t been touched in two years.

Need you help. I have seen all the tables and I can not seem to figure this out.

Would be good to know what the new archive functionality physically does, does it add a status field or something to articles? Then include an index in the tables, or something like that.
