Thanks for the reply. Do you know the correct sub-group to look in? I have activated Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###SLA, but that only makes it visible, not necessarily required in order to submit a ticket.

Require SLA on customer portal.
I am attempting to make the SLA field in the customer portal a required field.
