Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition

i dont think the error lies here,,, Its something else, i dont know what but i think its somewhere else!

Now the error becomes
" HTML Startup File is invalid"

look at the error in the attached image.....!!!!


With the previous settings which i mentioned earlier, there wasnt any error, except CSS and JS were not loading

No it is giving error if i change directory to
C:\OTRS\OTRS\var\httpd\htdocs\
