Chinese characters fields are discarded when importing csv file to CMDB
i imported a csv file into the CMDB, but all the fields containing Chinese characters were discarded, only English and number characters fields were kept, how can it be resolved? Thanks!

I've set SLA-based escalation, but in the dashboard/upcoming events, the escalation time displayed is not as I set, it seems my configuration did not work, I don't know if there's somewhere else I set incorrectly or missed to set, pls help.
