I have changed into the main configuration file where I found the old IP.

Problem is still persisting as AJAX communication error and session out.

Ajax Communication error

From last 2 months there was no error into the OTRS. Now after changing is IP from 192 series to 10 series it start giving the AJAX communication error. I have to select "Prevent this page..." then it stops for a while... At least in a day it comes once. Second hurdle is that after changin...

Performance logs do what?

I have enabled the performance log for OTRS from admin panel
It's showing data like .3 sec this happen etc..
But nowhere under stable to me that what's the use. What it tracks how it will be helpful ?

Yes that true in case of local. In case of Global, customer needs status on the notification email, may in subject or in body. They have closed by saying it is not a bug, I have reopened it

Right now status of cron is running.
Ok, If I will restart the cronjob now then will this ticket be closed?

Also, all the commented points are not running so is it ok? I mean with default configuration will it works?

Once again I have done the testing and found the same result. After choose time ticket start showing pending till instead of closing it.

50% I agree 50% as customer I would like to revert on IT ticket or look when I saw state pending reminder. That says they need my inputs. Or I get notification your ticket closed. Just think from customer prospective who is busy in developing product and would like to just read the state of his tick...

Well I think I or we should not consider it customisation. I just want to make it logical. If I have access of 5 queue out of 10 then report option also I should get to pull for 5 areas only instead of all the 10 areas.

auto closed successfull +/- are not working

Hi,

When I set the date and time for auto closed successfully or unsuccessfully into any ticket than after reached date and time ticket doesn't close. As per documentation this option is given to close the ticket as scheduler.
Please suggest what I would be missing?

After narrow down I found this is happening for only those tickets that are initially closed by "Close" button that is at the top row in agent panel. Now even closing by using reply option and select the next state as "Closed successfully" it still giving the escalation notificat...

No, I have not created any new state into the OTRS. I am using the default one that are open, pending close+/- , pending reminder, closed successful, auto closed successful +/-. This escalation thing is not happening for all the tickets it is happening only for the few ticket. Mostly happened in tho...
