Hi,

I posted in the german forum but got no answer.

Clickable links in textfields in Configuration Items are only created when I use a http or ftp link.

How can I change OTRS to recognize e.g. file:// as weblink so I can click on it? Please see attachment.

wenn ich in einem Configuration Item einen http oder ftp Link eintrage, ist dieser anklickbar.

Ich möchte aber, dass auch andere Protkolle wie z.B. file:// oder rdm:// klickbar sind.

Wo/wie kann ich im OTRS das konfigurieren?
