[SOLVED] Outbound mail note
Hi guys,
Need a little help about message outbound message displaying : when you send an outbound message, OTRS create a new note with body of your email.
I need to display recipients of outbound emails in these notes too, there is a way to do it?

Hi guys,
I got a problem after updating my OTRS with vhost configuration.
I updated apache configuration file to work without "/otrs" suffix.
Here is my new configuration file (/opt/otrs/scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf updated too) :
<VirtualHost otrs-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.fr:80>
ServerName otrs ...

Problems with timeout
Hi all,
I migrate last week an OTRS server 3.1 on RedHat EL5 to another server on Centos 6.5. After this, update to version 3.2 (can't update to 3.3 actually because of some computers with outdated browsers...).
All is ok, people can see tickets and work on them... Faster than before for users, but ...
