Hi, i am running OTRS 3.3.12 I would like to know if it is possible in the Dashboard Events TIcket Calendar, to see only the calendar events for which i am the owner or responsible, and not everyone's events. I have the same question to allow non admins to access "processes" and dynamic fields. Can it be done?

Yes if you set RW access to the users group it will work as the "users" is already selected in the "group" section of the Frontend::Module###AdminCustomerUser

Thank you again for your fast response. I think there might be a bug in the way OTRS handles ACLs. Here is the typical situation: in Process1 - Sales should access AD1 only - Account managers should access all AD in this process - Reps should access AD2 and AD3 but not others in Process 2 - Managers...
