Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition

I have the same problem.
I want to migrate the appliance 4.0.8 to an normal installation, but I have six months of data to be migrated!

Someone managed to do it and can give me some guidance?

ho configurato OTRS 4.0.9 ma mi resta un problema. Non riesco ad inviare la notifica di chiusura ticket a chi l'ha creato via email.

Ho impostato una notifica come da wiki ma non funziona.
Qualcuno sa darmi qualche indicazione?
