Se può interessare, ho risolto configurando le code (Queues) impostando il valore di "Follow Up Optoion" a Reject. Questa prima modifica non cambia lo stato del ticket in caso di email da parte del cliente (e dall'interfaccia web scompare il tasto REPLY). Se vi interessa respingere le emai...

Hi,

in fact configuring the queue as you have suggested, the closed ticket remain closed; Thanks again.
Now what we want to do is reject emails to closed tickets with an automatic email like:

Ticket is closed, please open a new ticket.

How can I do?

[OTRS4] How to prevent a closed ticket to reopen?

Hi,

when the customer reply to a closed ticket, it turn into "open" state.
Instead we would like to send an automatic message to alert the customer to open a new ticket.

How can we do?

Ciao a tutti, ho messo in produzione OTRS e man mano che lo usciamo cerchiamo di modellarlo in base alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo notato che i ticket chiusi vengono riaperti se i clienti mandano una mail a quel ticket o rispondo tramite l'interfaccia web. Noi vorremmo che il ticket rimanesse chiuso ...
