I'm attempting to import machines from my RMM tool into Znuny using the ImportExport tool, i've created the import configuration and matched the fields to the headings in Znuny but its failing on all accounts, is there an error log that tells me why its failed?

I used the redirects you suggested however it created an infinite loop with the base re-direct but works fine with the admin area redirect, any ideas?

Hi Everyone,

I'm using OTRS 5.0.5 and Nagios 4.1.1, i'm struggling to get the integration between the two systems working. I have been able to direct the alerts to OTRS and a case is logged, however the acknowledgements aren't working. Can I get someone help?

When i try and use your command, the system just hangs and does nothing. Nagios is on the same system and is sending emails without any issue. Yes Nagios is configured on this server and it sends emails no problem.
