Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that I've tried to upgrade 6.4.5 to 6.5.2 and ended with the same error ...WebserviceText.pm in @INC
and mentioned above solution/command worked in my case:

otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup

For the record - you can edit the otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css/Core.TicketDetail.css file, section with UseArticleColors tr:hover.

Hello,

I would like to make spent time field mandatory but only in closing ticket window. I know that NeedAccountedTime forces all notes to do that, but is it somehow possible in closing ticket window only ? Some file needs code change perhaps ?
