For example the selected ones or the results from a search?
We need a PDF with ticket titles and all articles in it.

Hi Our AgentTicketQueue is really slow for all queues with more then 1 ticket. When I fetch the page for queues with no tickets or just 1 ticket then it's fast. So what we would like to do:

Ticket owner is admin. User X answers to the customer => user X becomes owner automatically.

We want to use tables in the FAQ module.
There is no button for it and if we insert it using HTML, it's filtered out.
Can we disable this filter or do you have a better solution?

Solved it. Appeared that some of the systems were using quoted_printable in the HTML instead of quoted-printable.
Solving those external systems there HTML templates solved the OTRS error message.
