Can we enable a setting to let the customer filter his company tickets based on the queue the ticket is in?

Is it possible to print or export to PDF a batch of tickets?
For example the selected ones or the results from a search?
We need a PDF with ticket titles and all articles in it.

AgentTicketQueue slow
Hi Our AgentTicketQueue is really slow for all queues with more then 1 ticket. When I fetch the page for queues with no tickets or just 1 ticket then it's fast. So the page time is linear with the number of tickets in the page. All other pages are acceptable from speed. It looks like it's querying s...

We want to use tables in the FAQ module.
There is no button for it and if we insert it using HTML, it's filtered out.
Can we disable this filter or do you have a better solution?

Solved it. Appeared that some of the systems were using quoted_printable in the HTML instead of quoted-printable.
Solving those external systems there HTML templates solved the OTRS error message.

Before we upgraded OTRS, we had an option in the admin list to impersonate as another admin.
After upgrading this is gone. Was this a plugin? Or a setting?
