Desbloquear Ticket Escalado!

Pessoal, boa tarde!

Consegui implantar os gatilhos de escalação :D , porém gostaria de saber se há possibilidade de ao escalar um ticket ele automaticamente desbloquear para que o ADMIN OTRS veja e realoque o ticket.

I just upgrade my ITSM 4.0.8 to 5.0.10. End, when I put my change there, here it is the problem...
