Hi,

I would like to change the Login screen for customers to look a little bit more like the Agent login screen. However I am having trouble finding which files i'd have to edit for it. Could anyone point me into the right direction?

I was wondering. Is there a way/add in to see the analystics of the OTRS system? For instance: I open OTRS press a button and then it shows me a few graphs and diagrams with info like: how many tickets made this month, Tickets finished this month, tickets completed in sla time etc etc. Example pic: ...

When I try to add a template to my email ticket then it doesn't show the text that the template contains.

Is there something that I did wrong?
