have you tried to check the logs of otrs? can you screen cast a video?

у меня process flow - hr заполянет имя, фамилию, start date (динамическое поле) и сабмитает тикет в айтишный кью
как можно сделать так чтоб во время сабмита система сама добавляла агента нового based on start date в календарь? в данный момент делается это руками

1. Почты агента и клиента по тикету одинаковые? 2. Скриншот уведомления и истории тикета нужен почта клиента одна, а уведомление я хочу слать не агенту в отрс, а вообще на external имейл (у меня почта яху там стоит сейчас) версия отрс 4 event - TicketCreate у меня почемуто не отсылаются уведомления...
