ich habe den daemon im Debug modus gestartet:

/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Daemon.pl start --debug
otrs.Daemon.pl - the otrs daemon

Daemon started

Debug information is stored in the daemon log files localed under: /opt/otrs/var/log/Daemon ...

hat nicht geholfen. Der Daemon läuft, macht aber nichts.

$ bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Daemon::Summary

Hallo zusammen,

ich benutze OTRS 5.0.6 unter Debian 8 seit Monaten ohne Probleme.
Seit ein paar Tagen steht in Webfront end (dashboard) OTRS Daemon is not running.

Aber /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Daemon.pl status sagt Daemon is running

$ /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Daemon.pl status
otrs.Daemon.pl - the otrs ...
