Hi guys,

I made a stupid mistake when I tested the FAQ module.
I changed the name of the faq-admin group - I changed it back (hopefully to the correct name) but still don't have access to the FAQ-Area (Read Only)

Any ideas how to regain access ?

Ok - I am an idiot.

just doublechecked and so when I last "doublechecked" my steps I compared them to upgrading from 4 to 5.

So in the end - the answer should have been yes - I followed all the steps in the instruction but ther was no step deleting chaches and so on - I installed using the rpm.

I kept straight to the script - howto upadte to otrs 6.
Ehen the steps are included in that script my answer would have been yes - but I just doublechecked

it could be I missed

PostgreSQL:

shell> cd /opt/otrs/
shell> cat scripts/DBUpdate-to-5.postgresql.sql | psql --set ON_ERROR ...

Ok - sorry for the stupid question ...

Due to the Panic with the other errors I experienced since updating ... it should be otrs.Console.pl providing stats ...

I just found that the otrs.GenerateStats.pl has disappeared - it seems like during the update from version 5 t 6.0.4

anyone experienced something like that ?

What can I do ? Can I simply copy/paste in another pl from a different system ?

since I updated my OTRS Systems both on Centos 7 with postgresql 9.3. from 5.14 to 6.04 I keep receiving these Error messages
during the day:

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "ticket_flag_per_user"

In the logs I find a more detailed error :
[Fri Jan 26 10:21:01 ...

is there a simple way to stop OTRS vom fetching mail during a regular period of time?

I would like to stop it because each night when our Exchange-Servers restart to apply updates I get error messages for about ten minutes.

Gleiches Problem aber Upgrade ohne ITSM gemacht.

System funktioniert auch hervorragend - aber die Fehlermeldung kommt immer wieder ..

Gibt es was neues dazu ?

Ok - kam zwar nichts aber die Lösung war den Customergroupsupport zu deaktivieren
