Hi, New email windows or replies are not working for me after upgrading from Znuny 6.3.4 to Znuny 6.4.4. It's showing me a browser error. When I review it, I see some problem with javascript. Hmm, it looks like you can't search for <xxx@xxx.xxx> even though the email address is visible on the screen. Search is possible only by first and last name. Am I right?

I have trouble setting them up. I'm trying to set up a notification based on a status change. But as it may seem, it is not possible to send a notification to an agent, only to the customer.

Hi, Does anyone know the reason why sending an email from OTRS 5.14 takes about 5-10 seconds when using TLS (587) encryption. And when using SSL (465), mailing is done immediately? I'm talking specifically about Office 365 servers smtp.office365.com. They do not offering SSL option, only TLS. Thanks...
