Did you change your host to smtp.office365.com?
is it possible to check it with another account(i.e: gmail or another host) ?to see if it is working.
Or try to use sendmail as SendmailModule.

I think, you wrote wrong your host:
SendmailModule::Host :- smtp.office.365.com
It should be like: smtp.office365.com
Also, try to change send module to Kernel::System::EMAIL::SMTPTLS

is there any possibility to give permissions to one user to add a category under FAQ without giving him admin permissions?
I tried to check if there is an option under:
Frontend->admin->ModuleRegistration
But I did not find any setting for this feature.

I want to create statistics(list) regularly for one queue, but it should be created and sent every Monday automatically to the specified email.
the goal of this point:
to monitor the tickets of this queue from one employee

The soluation is:
1- sudo a2dismod mpm_event (if it is already enabled)
2- sudo a2enmod mpm_prefork
then the error was fixed.

i want to ask you, when i look in Support Data Collector in OTRS6 under Ubuntu 18.4, i noted that there is error under:
Webserver -> MPM model (event.c)
OTRS needs the Apache 'prefork' MPM module.
