Коллегии,подскажите пожалуйста,как в otrs 4 при выполнении масс.действия(bulk) связать с объектом(с родителем можно!!) ?
По отдельности с объектом тоже можно связывать,а вот при bulk каким образом?
подскажите кто знает.Ниже скрин.

Друзья,коллеги,когда открываем тикет,справа есть информация о тикете ,информация о заявителе.
Подскажите пожалуйста как убрать ненужные поля в тикете в otrs 4(тип,приоритет,ответственный)
