During migration we had to uninstall the old QuickClose for OTRS5 and reinstall QuickClose 6.0.9 and are now trying to recreate our QuickClose entries.


Why? Were there any error messages? Which step failed?

Hi,
we are using the QuickClose-Addon by reneeb (https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/QuickClose).
After an update from OTRS5 to Znuny 6.0.32 I can no longer choose a queue when configuring a quick close. The queue-Field is grayed out.
Otherwise the Addon works as before.
