Hello @ll,
Is it possible to visable all queues in OTRS (even empty ones, without any task)?
I found "Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###HideEmptyQueues" but this is not the case, because it displays even fewer queues.
How to view all exist queues?

Use Group or GroupRo.
Add group "admin" in Configuration Frontend::Navigation###AgentCustomerInformationCenter###001-Framework - only this group can access.
