Znuny and ((OTRS)) Community Edition

Eu consigo pegar esse relatorio , porém quero deixar ele disponivél para outros analistas no espaço de relatório., veja na imagem aonde eu quero disponibilizar.

Eu tenho um relatório feito em SQL , será que consigo desponibiliza-lo na parte de relatório ?

Thanks Guys the problem has been solved. i did donwload and installed.

I've gotten this issue in the image in attachments, after to up my OTRS 5 to 6, i use redhat 6.2. Maybe somebody has a solution to this problem.
