We have recognized that it is better not to use SQL.
It is to complement the integrity of the system.

I have not used GenericAgent yet,
Try searching for "GenericAgent" with keywords of FAQ.

I am newbie to OTRS.

A large number of tickets have entered the non-JUNK queue due to a delivery error due to a misconfiguration in the output MDA.
