Thank you! I somewhow missed that setting. It solved it for CSV and Excel. PDF still seems to have no option for extra fields, but it's not that important to us. Thank you again!

Hi there. I recently configured some Dynamic Fields to show up in the search result overview, using Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketSearch###DynamicField and in the normal view, this works well. Hi all. Today I tried creating a Master Ticket and linked cases from several customers to it that asked for the same information. I was not sure what to put as customer on the Master Ticket, so I put myself and then linked all the other cases to it. So far so good. Then I wrote a reply to the Master...
