Hi guys, I hace a OTRS 6.0.21 version server on CentOS 7 installed. All is working good. I have been searching how to automate the reports. The problem was the item called SendmailModule, that thing it wasn't enabled. I have enabled that and now the system send emails correctly.

I know jejeje, that's a stupid thing, but that stupid thing didn´t let me be happpy

Listo! ya resolví el problema. Era una tontería, sin embargo lo dejo aquí para futuras consultas. Si ven las imagines de las configuraciones que pasé anteriormente, hay un campo que está marcado en NARANJA, se llama SendmailModule, pues resulta que aparece en naranja por que ese campo no estaba habi...

Debo aclarar que los correos automáticos, como los de "Se ha registrado un nuevo ticket", esos si se envían sin problema alguno.
