Não dá para migrar diretamente. Você precisa migrar de 3 para 4, depois de 4 para 5, depois de 5 para 6. E tem uns passos intermediários no meio. It's 2021 and i just stumbled on this probl<Ctrl+D> design choice. Is there a technical reason why is this not possible on templates, or is it just a philosofical decision? We wanted to use templates to send a few graphic tutorials to users, and for that we needed images on the templates. Any ideas?

Até onde sei, a integração do OTRS com o AD é Read Only, ou seja, você pode puxar dados do AD para alimentar o OTRS, mas não pode escrever (ou seja, alterar dados) no AD.

All your users in AD must have their emails entered in User > Properties. If the email field is blank, your AD users authenticate on OTRS but are unable to login.

All your users and customers must have their e-mail accounts defined on the AD. If the email field in user properties is blank, the user will authenticate but won't be able to login.
