I added a multi-selection custom field on the ticket and on the article.
I would like to open an aricle like AgentTicketNote to report the default on the ticket.
It can be done?

Ho aggiunto un campo custom multiselezione sul ticket e sull'articolo.
Vorrei all'apertura di un aricolo tipo AgentTicketNote riportare come default quello presente sul ticket.
Si può fare?
